Student Complaint Form
Process of reporting has been modified

How can we make Trinity better? At Trinity, students are encouraged to let us know if they have a concern or a complaint. Trinity University has an established process for students to raise concerns about their University experience. The Student Complaint Form serves as an official means for students to report complaints with assurance the complaint will be reviewed. Additional information can be found on the Dean of Students website.

Is this new? The ability for students to report a complaint is not new, although the process of reporting a complaint has been modified. As part of our SACS accreditation, Trinity is required to provide an avenue for students to voice concerns about the University and have those concerns addressed. We are using existing technology to streamline the complaint process in several ways. Students will now only need a single form that is easily accessible online. Each complaint is stored in a secure database with methods to track how each report is resolved or addressed.

Do faculty and staff use this complaint form, too? This form is solely for students. Faculty and staff should consult with their supervisor or contact Human Resources.

For 150 years, Trinity University has transformed challenge into boundless opportunity. Join the force in motion at 0xij.0933282516.com.
